Coach Hill Condos
Beautiful, green, tree-lined environment, and a stunning view of the Calgary city skyline from the lofty perch of the Broadcast Hill are the hallmarks of the Coach Hill community. Coach Hill derives its name from the Old Banff Coach Road previously used by coach travelers en route Banff. The community is bordered by 69 Street, Sarcee Trail, Bow Trail, and Old Banff Coach Road, to the west, east, south and north, respectively.

This residential community was initially annexed in 1956 to the city of Calgary, and began development in the late 1970s. It has become popular among residents of Calgary due to its spectacular views and relaxing living environment – away from the rigors of downtown Calgary.

Coach Hill is a family oriented neighborhood with lots of amenities in close reach of residents. Banks, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping complexes lie within the community, with movie theaters also available for recreation. However, the bulk of recreational activities on offer for residents are provided by nature. The Coach Hill/Patterson Heights Community Association exploits this nature, utilizing the available green spaces to provide soccer pitches and playgrounds. Users will also have access to a baseball diamond, an outdoor skating rink, as well as a host of other programs and activities.
